From the moment I first called Pioneer linens I knew we were dealing with a highly professional team who understood the needs and demands of the yachting industry. Not only did they supply the whole boat with linens of an amazing standard but dealt with my request promptly and on a one to one personal basis. Within just over a week after we put our order in we received our linens. Pioneer Linens met and delivered our order in an unrealistic time frame I asked for and even delivered them the night before our charter at 9pm. Jay and his team went out of their way to ensure the best for us in a short space of time that quite often we don't have much of. The team exceeded my expectations and as a result could not recommend them enough. It was so refreshing to deal with a shore based company who could accommodate us and blow us away with what they could deliver in standard, goods and services. They had a total grasp of what is expected of us in this industry. I have since requested more linens and accessories from them and again enjoyed dealing with Jay and the team which I hope to work with again and again.

Hi Jay,
I just wanted to write and thank yourself and the rest of the team at 'Pioneer Linens'. We had a pretty hectic time in the yard at Rybovich and it was great to have such a specialist store so close to assist with the interior projects. We had a last minute scramble to organise new crew beddinng and under a very difficlult time constraint as well as limited access to crew cabins you guys were able to put together what has got to be the most fantastic set of custom fitted sheets ever. The drawstring cord adaptation is something I had never considered before but am totaly sold on. We were extremely pleased with everything that Pioneer Linens helped us with and will definitely be reccomending you guys. We look forward to dealing with you giys again in the future.
