Pioneer Linens ships via UPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays. All orders must be received by 1:00 P.M. EST to ensure delivery same business day. Shipping charges are applied as follows to orders in the 48 Contiguous United States:

Shipment of oversized items - furniture, accessories, fragile items, and certain large comforters and pillows etc. - WILL cost more than amount in table below.

Additional delivery charges will be applied to items which are charged by size instead of weight, included but not limited to furniture such as bed frames and benches.
Additional delivery charges will be applied to all shipments outside of the contiguous United States. These charges are done on a case-by-case basis depending on the weight of the order and the country the package is being delivered to. All applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to the daily fluctuation of import fees, brokerage charges and government taxes, quotations for such costs must be handled through your local Customs office. Due to international billing information verification, order processing can take up to 14 business days.
