In order to meet the needs of our on-line customers we offer a refund on all regularly stocked merchandise. Please note that there will be a 5% restocking charge on all returned merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend you purchase a sham, wash cloth, or napkin as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. Please return items in new and unused condition, as we cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If the product is opened, please repackage as originally shipped ; including all tags and product inserts. Pioneer Linens reserves the right to inspect and return items to you that are not acceptable for return. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less the restocking charge.
