Do you provide fabric samples?
We currently do not provide free fabric samples on any of our merchandise. If you are uncertain about a pattern or style, we recommend you purchase a sham, wash cloth, or napkin as a sample to ensure your full satisfaction prior to making your final purchase.
Do you offer monogramming?

Do you offer custom sized linens?

How do you suggest I care for my linens?

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Complimentary gift wrapping is offered on a variety of our products. You will be asked during checkout if you would like to have your items gift wrapped.
May I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be purchased online, and either be used online or in our retail store. Please click here to purchase a gift certificate.
How will I know if an item is in stock?
Once you have placed an order, one of our dedicated sales members will contact you via e-mail to inform you if any of the items ordered is not in stock. All back ordered items will not be charged until we have received the item and it is ready for shipment. What is your return policy?

What are your shipping rates?
Pioneer Linens ships all packages via UPS. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped UPS ground. Our shipping rates are calculated by your order total. Please click here for all shipping rates.
How long does it take for my package to ship?
All in stock item are shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. UPS ground takes an estimated 5-9 business days. If you have placed your order online, please click here to have it tracked.
Do you ship International?
Additional delivery charges will be applied to all shipments outside of the 48 contiguous United States. All applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are paid by the recipient. For more information on International shipments, please contact Janice at 800-207-5463.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any orders being shipped to a Florida address are charged 6.5% sales tax. Any orders not shipped to a Florida address do not incur a sales tax.
